Site assessment & engineering design

Our engineers evaluate your facility layout, existing electrical infrastructure, space availability, and safety requirements. We deliver a customized integration plan covering hydrogen storage placement and interconnection points. Simultaneously, we manage all permitting processes including fire marshal approval, environmental compliance, and grid interconnection agreements — ensuring full adherence to NFPA 855, IFC, and local hydrogen codes.

Civil works, foundation & equipment positioning

Precast concrete pads or reinforced foundations are installed for outdoor containerized units. For indoor deployments, we prepare dedicated rooms with hydrogen detection, ventilation systems, and fire suppression per safety standards. Hydrogen storage vessels, fuel cell modules, power conditioning units, and control systems are then delivered and precisely positioned — all components arrive pre-assembled in ISO container formats for rapid deployment.

Electrical integration & hydrogen piping

Interconnection with the data center’s low-voltage or medium-voltage switchgear is completed, including automatic transfer switches (ATS), synchronization with existing UPS systems, and SCADA communication for real-time monitoring. Simultaneously, stainless steel tubing connects storage vessels to fuel cell modules. All connections undergo rigorous pressure testing, helium leak detection, and system purging before hydrogen introduction.

Control system commissioning & functional testing

The power management system (PMS) is configured to match your facility’s load profile, with automatic start sequences, grid outage response, load sharing logic, and remote monitoring dashboards programmed. Full-system tests are then performed using load banks to simulate actual data center loads, validating response time, ramp rates, harmonic performance, and transition between grid and island mode.
